The World Is Touring America: 7 International Comedians Coming to the U.S.
From a purple Australian puppet to one of Scotland's biggest stand-ups, the next few months are a reminder that the American comedy calendar is a lot more international than it looks.

From a purple Australian puppet to one of Scotland's biggest stand-ups, the next few months are a reminder that the American comedy calendar is a lot more international than it looks.
If you only follow the biggest U.S. comedy accounts, it is easy to get the impression that the live circuit begins in New York, swings through Los Angeles, and occasionally remembers the rest of the country exists.
Look at the actual touring calendar and you get a much stranger — and much more interesting — map.
This fall, LaughTrack is tracking U.S. dates from comedians arriving from Scotland, Australia, Ireland, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, France and Russia. Some are bringing established international tours across the Atlantic. Some have built enormous audiences online before American clubs caught up. One is a purple puppet.
We pulled out seven worth knowing about.
Daniel Sloss — Scotland
49 shows · 32 cities · Oct. 15–Nov. 22

If there is a headliner for this whole idea, it is Daniel Sloss.
The Scottish comic is bringing BITTER to the U.S. after dates across Europe and the UK, and this is not a cautious little American test run. Sloss's official site describes the North American leg as a 34-city tour beginning Oct. 15. The itinerary runs from San Diego through Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle, crosses the country through places including Denver, Tucson, Austin, New Orleans, Milwaukee and Cleveland, and eventually reaches New York, Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago.
Several cities have already added second shows after sellouts or low ticket availability.
Sloss has been crossing borders for years. American audiences may know him from the Netflix specials DARK and Jigsaw, while his more recent specials have been released independently through his own site. BITTER is another global tour rather than a U.S. comic doing a few international dates in reverse.
And that distinction is what makes this list interesting: America is one leg of the tour, not necessarily the center of it.

Randy Feltface — Australia
36 shows · 27 cities · Sep. 19–Nov. 21

Technically, Randy Feltface is Australian.
Technically, Randy Feltface is also a purple puppet.
We are counting him.
Randy has spent years turning what should be a fairly limiting premise into an international stand-up career. He has written and performed a dozen solo shows, released eight comedy specials, appeared on Netflix, made his U.S. television debut on NBC's Bring the Funny, and built the sort of online following where unofficial uploads of his specials have become part of the mythology.
There is serious festival credibility underneath the felt, too: Randy has been nominated for Best Comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
His current show, appropriately called GIMMICK, leans directly into the obvious question hanging over his entire career. The U.S. leg is substantial: LaughTrack is tracking 36 performances across 27 cities, including plenty of places that do not usually dominate national comedy coverage.
If your mental picture of international stand-up is a British guy at a microphone doing three nights in New York, a purple Australian puppet working his way through American theaters is a useful corrective.

Joanne McNally — Ireland
30 shows · 16 cities · Sep. 22–Nov. 7

There is a decent chance you already know Joanne McNally without having seen her stand-up.
The Irish comedian and podcaster was a contestant on Series 17 of Taskmaster, where she finished second, and she co-hosts the hugely successful My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast with Vogue Williams. She has also become a familiar face across British and Irish television.
This fall, American audiences get the live version.
McNally is bringing Pinotphile across the U.S., with LaughTrack currently tracking 30 performances in 16 cities. The run includes Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, Houston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Somerville and New York, where she plays two shows at Town Hall as part of the New York Comedy Festival.
That itinerary is a good example of how international comedy reaches America now. A comic can arrive with an audience that already knows them from a panel show, a podcast, clips, streaming television or some combination of all four. The U.S. tour is not an introduction from zero. For plenty of fans, it is finally getting a chance to see someone they have been watching from an ocean away.

Pandji Pragiwaksono — Indonesia
14 shows · 10 cities · Oct. 31–Jan. 31

Pandji Pragiwaksono arrives with a very different kind of profile.
He is one of the major names in Indonesian stand-up, and his tenth stand-up special, Mens Rea, became a major cultural conversation in Indonesia after its streaming release. Indonesian coverage reported that it reached the top of Netflix Indonesia's TV rankings in early January 2026, while its social and political material also drew controversy and police complaints.
That context matters because it shows how incomplete the American view of "famous comedian" can be. A performer can have a huge cultural footprint somewhere else and still be a discovery for much of the U.S. audience.
LaughTrack is currently tracking 14 upcoming Pandji performances across 10 American cities between late October and the end of January.
You do not need to know the entire Indonesian comedy scene before buying a ticket. In fact, that is part of the fun.

Learnmore Jonasi — Zimbabwe
14 shows · 10 cities · Oct. 15–Jan. 16

Learnmore Jonasi has already had an unusually American introduction for a Zimbabwean comic.
He finished fifth on America's Got Talent in 2024 after receiving a Golden Buzzer, but that television appearance was not the beginning of his career. Jonasi's own bio notes performances across 20 countries, and before AGT he had already won the 2023 Boston Comedy Festival and the audience choice award at the 2023 Jersey City Comedy Festival.
Now he is doing the part that matters most for a live-comedy site: getting on the road.
His upcoming U.S. schedule includes Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Bentonville, Greenville, Charlotte, Washington, Philadelphia, Chicago, West Hollywood and Seattle. It is a proper club-and-festival run rather than a couple of prestige appearances on the coasts.
That makes Jonasi particularly interesting to watch. Television may have introduced him to a mass American audience, but the comedy-club circuit is where that recognition turns into a durable U.S. touring career.

Jérémy Charbonnel — France
5 shows · 5 cities · Oct. 26–Nov. 5

Here is where the list gets especially fun.
Jérémy Charbonnel is not coming over to translate a French act into generic American stand-up. He is bringing Seul Tout, the same French-language one-man show he is touring extensively at home, to U.S. audiences.
Charbonnel's own tour calendar puts New York, Menlo Park, San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles right alongside dates across France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the UK. French Talent USA is producing the American dates as part of its work bringing French and Francophone artists to U.S. audiences.
Seul Tout is built around Charbonnel's life as a single father, getting older, starting over and trying to understand where things went sideways. French theater listings describe a show that mixes caustic humor with something more personal and vulnerable.
This is exactly the kind of tour that can disappear if you only watch English-language comedy feeds. Five cities, five chances to see a working French stand-up perform for an American audience without sanding away the thing that makes the show French in the first place.

Alexander Nezlobin — Russia
9 shows · 8 cities · Sep. 17–Dec. 26

Alexander Nezlobin rounds out this list with nine shows across eight U.S. cities currently tracked by LaughTrack.
For American comedy fans who mostly encounter stand-up through English-language clubs, Netflix recommendations and U.S. social feeds, Nezlobin is also a reminder that stand-up developed its own stars and ecosystems far beyond the markets we tend to follow.
His U.S. dates stretch from September into late December, giving Russian-speaking audiences — and anyone curious enough to venture outside their normal comedy algorithm — multiple chances to catch him live.
And really, that is the point of this entire list.

The comedy map is bigger than your feed
There are plenty more international comedians with U.S. dates on the calendar. We deliberately kept this list focused rather than turning it into a directory.
But even these seven make the point.
Daniel Sloss can arrive with a 30-plus-city North American leg. Joanne McNally can turn Taskmaster and podcast fans into ticket buyers thousands of miles from Ireland. Randy Feltface can take Edinburgh Fringe credibility and a purple puppet across 27 American cities. Learnmore Jonasi can turn an AGT breakthrough into a real club circuit. Pandji Pragiwaksono can bring one of Indonesia's most discussed stand-up voices to American stages. Jérémy Charbonnel can perform a French-language show across five U.S. cities. Alexander Nezlobin can build a following most American comedy fans have never heard of and still fill rooms from September to December.
There is no single pipeline anymore.
And there is no reason your comedy calendar has to stop at the comedians already in your algorithm.
