For Comedy Festivals

Put your festival in front of people looking for live comedy.

LaughTrack helps comedy fans discover shows happening near them.

Send us your festival early — even before the full schedule is announced — and we'll work to make its public shows discoverable as dates, lineups, venues, and ticket links become available.

No ticketing switch. No exclusive relationship. Your official ticket links stay your ticket links.

A festival can be one event to you — and twenty different discoveries to a fan.

Fans don't always start by searching for a festival name. They may be looking for:

  • a comedian they follow,
  • comedy happening in their city this weekend,
  • a particular venue,
  • a specific date,
  • or simply something funny to do nearby.

LaughTrack can surface individual festival shows through those discovery paths while still identifying them as part of your festival. When a fan is ready to buy, LaughTrack sends them to the official ticket destination you provide.

One festival. More ways to be discovered.

Your marketing

Festival announcement → Festival lineup → Festival schedule → Tickets

A fan's discovery

Fan follows a comedian → LaughTrack finds a nearby appearance → Fan discovers your festival → Fan opens your official ticket link

Your festival marketing builds the festival brand. LaughTrack adds another path for people who may not have known the festival existed yet.

We're not your ticketing platform. We're not trying to become one.

LaughTrack is a comedy discovery service. We don't need you to replace your website, ticketing provider, festival app, or existing marketing. Your festival keeps:

  • its name and branding,
  • its existing website,
  • its preferred ticketing platform,
  • its ticket revenue,
  • and its relationship with its audience.

Help someone discover the show, then point them to the place you want them to buy the ticket.

If your tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, a venue box office, your own website, or several different systems, that's okay. Give us the official links and we'll use the appropriate destination for each show.

You don't need to wait until tickets are on sale.

In fact, we'd rather hear about the festival early.

If you've announced dates but haven't released the full lineup yet, send it.

If the lineup is public but the schedule isn't finished, send it.

If individual show pages won't exist for another month, that's fine too.

  1. Step 1Dates announced
  2. Step 2Lineup announced
  3. Step 3Schedule released
  4. Step 4Presale announced
  5. Step 5General on-sale
  6. Step 6Individual shows updated

LaughTrack can start tracking at any point — but earlier is better.

Send us whatever you have.

You don't need a finished spreadsheet, feed, API, or perfectly structured schedule. Any of the following helps:

  • •Festival name
  • •City / region
  • •Festival dates
  • •Official website
  • •Official social accounts
  • •Lineup, even if incomplete
  • •Show schedule
  • •Venue names
  • •Performer names
  • •Presale date and time
  • •General on-sale date and time
  • •Individual ticket links
  • •Festival pass link
  • •A public calendar or schedule page
  • •A contact we can reach if information changes

Partial information is welcome.

What happens after you send us your festival?

1

We review it

We identify the festival dates, venues, performers, schedule information, and available ticket destinations.

2

We track upcoming announcements

If the schedule or ticket links aren't available yet, the festival can remain on our radar while more information is released.

3

We add eligible public shows

As event details become available, festival performances can be listed individually so fans can discover them by comedian, location, venue, and date.

4

We send fans to your official ticket destination

LaughTrack helps with discovery. The ticket purchase remains with the destination you designate.

Your festival has a brand. Your shows have audiences.

A fan might not know your festival by name yet.

But they may already know one of your comedians. Or they may be looking for comedy on Saturday night. Or they may be browsing what's happening at a venue they already like.

Listing individual performances gives those fans more ways to encounter the festival.

Example

A fan follows Comedian A on LaughTrack. Comedian A is booked for your Saturday 8:30 PM show. LaughTrack can surface that appearance to the fan. The fan discovers the festival and follows your official ticket link.

Keep your existing setup.

You do not need to:

  • –Switch ticketing platforms
  • –Give LaughTrack ticketing exclusivity
  • –Replace your festival website
  • –Rebuild your schedule for us
  • –Create every event manually if a usable public source exists
  • –Wait until every detail is finalized

We do want:

  • ✓Accurate public information
  • ✓Official ticket destinations
  • ✓Advance notice when possible
  • ✓Updates when major details change

Festival FAQ

Does it cost to have our festival shows discovered on LaughTrack?

Basic event discovery and listing doesn't require a paid advertising purchase. Promotional placements, if you want them, are separate — ask us.

Does LaughTrack sell our tickets?

No. LaughTrack is designed to help fans discover comedy. Ticket buttons direct fans to the official ticket destination associated with the show.

Do we need to use a particular ticketing platform?

No. The important thing is that LaughTrack has an accurate public ticket destination for the show.

Our lineup is announced, but tickets aren't on sale yet. Should we contact you?

Yes. That's an ideal time to get on our radar. Send the information that's already public, along with any announced schedule or on-sale timing.

Our schedule changes during the festival. Can listings be updated?

Yes. Send changes as soon as possible so listings can be kept accurate.

We sell festival passes and individual-show tickets. Can you link to both?

Individual shows use the most relevant official ticket destination available. Send us both links and we'll sort out which goes where.

Can we send a spreadsheet or calendar feed?

Yes. If you already maintain structured public event information, send the source that's easiest and most reliable for you.
