Using LaughTrack
LaughTrack aggregates publicly available event information from third-party ticketing platforms, venue feeds, and partner submissions. By using LaughTrack, you agree to these terms.
Event Information
Show details — including dates, times, venues, and lineups — are sourced from third-party data providers. LaughTrack displays this information in good faith but cannot guarantee its accuracy.
We are not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, lineup changes, or any other modifications made by venues, promoters, or comedians. Always confirm details with the official ticket provider before attending.
Ticket Links
LaughTrack does not sell tickets. Links redirect to official third-party ticket providers. Some links may include affiliate tracking. Purchases are subject to the terms of the ticket provider, not LaughTrack.
Partner Accounts
Partners (venues, comedians, managers, promoters) who claim profiles or submit events are responsible for the accuracy of their content. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension and removal of listings.
Ad placements are subject to separate ad policy terms communicated at the time of purchase.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. LaughTrack is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual Property
LaughTrack's branding, design, and original content are owned by LaughTrack. Event data belongs to its respective sources. Comedian and venue names, images, and likenesses remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
LaughTrack is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, data accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaughTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LaughTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
